Q1: What is the procedure of my order?

A: 1.You transfer prepayment and signed sales contract to us, then we will arrange the production and put the label

2.During the production, we will book shipping space to your port, 1-2 week before shipping date, we will send ETD(estimated time of departure)China, ETA(arrival)your country , voyage, vessel name, BL number to you 

3.3 days around before shipping date, we will send you loading pictures to prove goods are ready, front side, back side, label, empty container, seal etc.

4.1 week around after shipping date, we will send all documents copies(bill of lading, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, invoice, packing list etc.)to you to prove goods are on the way to your port.

5.You can arrange the balance, when goods arrived at destination port, your local agent will contact you to bring the documents to clear the customs and pick up the goods, meanwhile we will apply for 7+7 = 14 days free time for you, container can be stored in your port 7 days, and you can take the container and return back the empty container in 7 days.

6.After receiving the balance payment, we will send original documents to your office directly by DHL & FEDEX.

 

Q2: What is the payment term?

A: L/C at sight, TT, CAD are accepteaccording to different customers & country regulations.

 

Q3: When can I receive the goods?

A: Normal lead time are 2 weeks around, transit time are 4 weeks by sea, 3 weeks by train and 1 week by air, thus customers are recommended to place orders 1-2 months in advance.

 

Q4: What is the quality guarantee?

A: Lumix's customers covers 60+ countries, 5 continents, we only source from reputed producers or suppliers with FAMI-QS, ISO, GMP(+) certification and customers are guaranteed to get safe and sustainable products. Meanwhile, Lumix own plant has strict control on raw materials procurement, production, inspection before ex-work, packages, transport etc. We will operate every shipment according to FAMI-QS standard and requirements.

 

Q5: What if I receive low quality products?

A: Although the possibility is = 0, Lumix will make 100% compensation after receiving full test report issued by outside lab & samples.

 

Q6: Can I get the samples before placing the order?

A: Yes, Lumix will arrange samples asap after getting payment for samples and international courrier.

 

Q7: What is the MOQ? 

A: Lumix is the wholesaler and we usually ship 1 container at least for every product( except vitamins), sometimes mixed containers is accepted as per special demand. For vitamins, 500 KG trial order can be accepted.


Q8: What kind of certificates are available?

A: In addition to normal shipping documents(BL, Invoice, packing list), certificate of origin, health certificate, radioactive certificate, phytosantiary, free sales certificate etc. can be provided also.
